With over five years in the construction industry, Lonnie brings a rare combination of grit, grace, and growth mindset to Trinity One. She started in the field with mudding and drywall, later taking on project management and supervision roles. Her keen eye for opportunity, ability to build genuine relationships, and background in business development make her a driving force in Trinity One’s expansion. Lonnie leads outreach, networking, and partnership initiatives, and her deep understanding of site-level operations gives her a unique edge in the boardroom. She's also a certified Project Manager. Off the clock, you’ll find her dancing, painting, rollerblading, or in the gym.
